Request your kit: Each emergency identification kit includes high-visibility QR decals and access to your personalized emergency profile.
Build your emergency profile: Add emergency contacts, allergies, medications, medical conditions, and other important emergency information. Parents or legal guardians may also manage secondary emergency profiles for children.
Ride protected: Apply the QR identifier to your helmet or gear so first responders and emergency contacts can access important information quickly during emergencies.
Emergency contacts designated by users may receive SMS notifications if a QR profile associated with that individual is scanned during an emergency or safety-related event.
