Hit Me Helpers Foundation is a Virginia 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on emergency medical identification, emergency contact accessibility, and rider safety initiatives.

Emergency Identification Services

Hit Me Helpers Foundation provides emergency identification tools, QR profile technology, rider safety resources, and emergency communication accessibility services designed to help users share emergency information during emergencies or safety-related events.

Users are responsible for ensuring the information included in their emergency profile is accurate, current, and appropriate for emergency access purposes.

Hit Me Helpers Foundation does not guarantee emergency response outcomes, medical treatment, emergency responder actions, or uninterrupted platform availability.

User Accounts & Profiles

Users may create and manage emergency identification profiles through the Hit Me Helpers platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity associated with their account.

Parents or legal guardians may create and manage secondary emergency profiles for their children under the parent or guardian account. Parents or guardians are responsible for the accuracy and management of information associated with child profiles.

Users may update, deactivate, or remove profile information at any time through their account or by contacting Hit Me Helpers Foundation.

SMS Notifications

By providing a mobile phone number through registration forms, contact forms, or emergency profile services, users consent to receive SMS notifications from Hit Me Helpers Foundation related to:

• Emergency QR profile scan alerts
• Account notifications
• Support responses
• Emergency contact notifications
• Service-related updates

Users must voluntarily provide their mobile number and consent to receive SMS notifications through website forms or account registration features.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Emergency contacts designated by a user may receive SMS notifications if a QR profile associated with that individual is scanned during an emergency or safety-related event.

Users submitting emergency contact information confirm they have permission to provide that contact information for emergency notification purposes.

Hit Me Helpers Foundation does not send unsolicited marketing text messages or third-party advertising through its SMS notification services.

Privacy & Data Use

Use of the platform is also governed by the Hit Me Helpers Foundation Privacy Policy and Text Alerts disclosures.

Users understand that emergency profile information may become accessible to first responders, emergency contacts, or individuals who scan the QR identifier depending on the information selected by the user.

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Prohibited Use

Users may not use Hit Me Helpers Foundation services for unlawful activity, fraudulent purposes, harassment, unauthorized access attempts, or misuse of emergency identification systems.

Hit Me Helpers Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services that violate these Terms & Conditions or interfere with platform operations or community safety.

Limitation of Liability

Hit Me Helpers Foundation provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hit Me Helpers Foundation disclaims warranties of any kind related to service availability, emergency response timing, medical outcomes, or uninterrupted operation.

Hit Me Helpers Foundation is not responsible for damages, losses, or claims resulting from delayed emergency response, incorrect user-provided information, technical interruptions, or unauthorized access to user accounts.

Changes to Terms

Hit Me Helpers Foundation may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
